RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR DAMAGED in the exact original packaging. Exchanges and returns are accepted by mail within 10 business days of receiving your items. All returns must have an Online RA# clearly printed on the outside of the shipping package and be packed in the original shipping box, if the original shipping box is not available an equivalent hard shipping box will be accepted. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange request if it does not comply with this policy. PLEASE NOTE: Orders with custom lens tinting will incur a $25 lens replacement fee.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please download this Return Form and fill it out in its entirety.
Return Form

Here are the basic steps:
1. Call us at 800.449.DITA to request an Online Return Authorization. Packages received without an Online RA# clearly visible on the outside of the packaging will be refused, no exceptions.
2. Repackage your return securely in the EXACT ORIGINAL PACKAGING and DELIVERY BOX that your received your order, if you do not have the original shipping box you may use a similar hard shipping box. If this instruction is not followed your return will be refused or there will be a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions.
3. Enclose the downloaded Return Form with the item. Be sure to keep the packing list for your records. If you cannot send the Return Form, please include your Order Number, Online RA#, Billing Name and Address with the item.
4. All products must be unused and undamaged, in original packaging, and with all tags and accessories to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
6. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx, DHL or Certified Priority Mail for your return. Ship the return package to:

7. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse.
8. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 15 days of receiving your returned product.

Return Rules and Restrictions

• All Returns must be accompanied by an Online Return Authorization Number. Please call 800.449.DITA to request an Online RA#.
• Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
• Returns may incur a 15% cleaning/shaping/restocking fee. The fee will be charged at the discretion of our Quality Control Team upon receiving the return.
• When shipping a return, you must include the return form or the original packing list. Be certain to save copies for your records.
• Shipping and handling costs and other charges are non-refundable.
• Sale items are non-returnable.
• We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

We offer an extended return policy for all orders placed during 11/20-12/31. All orders place within this time frame can returned before 1/15/2010. Returns are accepted only on unworn merchandise in all original packaging and tags. Returns with missing packaging will be refused. Please email or call for an Online Return Authorization.
